She won a modeling contest and never looked back, Her life is full of coincidences and events and fabulous people, yet she never comes off as fabulous herself. She has strong opinions and is well versed at expressing them. The book is weird that way, at times I skimmed through the call outs to industry professionals that I had never heard of. But the little doodles and drawings were delightful and the chapter devoted to cats was without a doubt the best way to understand Grace. She is really more of a rambler than a writer.
I read this while housesitting and for that it was the perfect escape. Your mileage will vary.
